Truly you are able to eat their favorite foods. Deprived of this kind of fun is not fun, and frankly, we probably eat anyway. As mentioned above, the real key is moderation. If you are a meat lover, then there can be the best things to eat every day would be, but maybe once or twice a week. Those who know me personally know that loooooooove chicken wings with pizza. In a perfect world where you do not gain weight and my arteries were clogging less, I'd love to eat several times a week, more like every day. However, I know that is not healthy food choices that I have about 2-3 times a month. Do not give up my favorite foods, just eat in moderation so you do not catch me as overweight.
