5 Cardio Workouts to Burn Fat

Everything you know about cardio is about to change. You are about to discover the truth about 5 cardio workouts to burn fat and lose more belly fat in less workout time. Take a look at the old days of fat burning.

Cardio Workout # 1 for burning fat: Slow cardio

The first cardio workout to burn fat is "Old School Cardio". For years we have been deceived into thinking that we need long slow cardio to burn fat boring. However, many men and women who work as slaves on the cardio machines 40, 60 and 90 minutes per workout without burning fat. How is this possible?

To be honest, I do not know exactly why this does not work, but two recent studies have shown that women who are 40-60 minutes of low intensity cardio, 3-5 days a week, have not lost belly fat after at least 12 weeks of cardio. Based on these results, slow cardio is not one of the best cardio exercises to burn fat.

In fact, in one study, researchers tested high-intensity cardio, and found that high-intensity cardio was able to burn fat.

Cardio Workout # 2 for burning fat: high intensity cardio

The only problem is that the high intensity cardio requires you to work as hard as you can until you burn at least 400 calories in a workout. That will take at least 40 minutes - if it is one of the best cardio exercises to burn fat, this is still not the best.

A better approach is to use interval training. This is the third session of cardio to burn fat.

Cardio Workout # 3 for Burn Fat: Cardio Interval Training

In a study in Australia that compared 2 cardio to burn fat, subjects are three sessions of intervals per week lost a significant amount of belly fat, while another group of 40 minutes of cardio a week is slow burn belly fat.

So interval training is a much better choice for the formation of fat loss. For interval training makes it a normal heating, and then alternate between hard and easy exercise period, then follow with cooling. This routine takes only twenty minutes.

Here's an example of interval cardio to burn fat. 5 minutes to warm up, and then exercise for 1 minute at a rate that is 10-20% harder than the normal intensity of your cardio. After 1 minute, reducing the drive speed of all the way to the level of cooling. Repeat this simple cycle lasts 5 times. Finish with 3 minutes recovery.

Cardio Workout # 4 to burn fat: Tabata interval cardio

Because interval training became popular, personal trainers have been looking for another short cardio to burn fat. A study in Japan use something known as the protocol "Tabata", and many coaches believe it is better than cardio and intervals. Fourth cardio workout to burn fat is the Tabata interval program.

I'm not convinced it's better than regular intervals, but it is a heck of a hard way to make a fat burning workout. After heating, working than 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds rest. I repeat that 8 times. This fat burning workout lasts only four minutes!

Cardio Workout # 5 on Burn Fat: Cardio Body Weight Circuit

Finally, the fifth session of cardio to burn fat is the body weight circuit training. As Tabata intervals and workouts, circuit training body weight is not really "cardio", however, are the three best cardio exercises to burn fat.

Whatever you want to call bodyweight cardio, that's how it works.

First, you start with a body weight quick and easy exercise like jumps.

After that, alternate between lower body 3 and body weight three upper body exercises, using squats, lunges, pumps, pulling exercises like rows or chinups, split squats, and total body ab exercises like mountain climbers.

Finally, complete the circuit of eight years with a yield of all body hard jumps, burpees, or running in place. Now, is the fat burning cardio!

These are five cardiovascular exercises to burn fat. Only two are "traditional", but these two are longer and less effective. The short fat burning cardio workouts are the best way to burn belly fat fast.
